How to File a Standard Complaint

Before You Begin:

Be sure you have made a sincere effort to settle your complaint directly with the company by contacting the owner, manager, or someone else in authority.

The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit organization, not a government agency. We will attempt to help you and the company reach a satisfactory settlement, but we cannot force an adjustment.

The BBB cannot process complaints that are currently in litigation or have already been judged by a court of law.

We are not permitted to accept complaints concerning employment discrimination or collections of debts, wages and commissions.

Then:

Please do not send original contracts, etc. to the BBB.

The company will receive a copy of this complaint including the consumers full contact information. Therefore, please make your statement complete and factual, but as brief as possible.

You will hear from us regarding our processing of the complaint soon after filing.

When you click the link below, you will be taken to the BBB national complaint processing center. This ensures that complaints are routed quickly to the appropriate Bureau. A link will appear at the bottom of your screen that will allow you to return to the local Web site. When you have submitted the complaint form and view a confirmation message, just click the link at the bottom to return to the local site.
