The BBB has offered mediation and arbitration services to the public for many years. Alternative Dispute Resolution is a logical tool to facilitate the BBB's efforts to solve complaints. The BBB maintains a pool of volunteer mediators and certified arbitrators to handle cases as they arise. The BBB periodically recruits new mediators and arbitrators and conducts training.
